Kendriya Vidyalaya No.1 Udaipur was founded in 1965, recognized throughout the academic world for its progressive approach to education, path breaking educational practices and commitment to excellence.

The school campus is located in the heart of the city of Udaipr in Pratap Nagar, and is easily approchable from Railway/Bus Station but still is, in lush green and pollution free surroundings.

The school is affiliated to CBSE, which is the largest educational board in the country, and is running under the ages of most trusted Education Chain i.e. Kendriya Vidylaya Sangathan, New Delhi (an Autonomous body under Department of Edu. Ministry of HRD.)

We runs classes from I to Class XII with hall three streams viz, Science, Commerce and Humanities.

It is an earnest endeavor of this Vidyalaya to develop the all round personality of the students and to impart in them in them a feeling of responsibility towards their lives. Our aim is to develop those qualities in our students which would make them well behaved, cultured, confident, honest and co-operative children.
